Good morning people who receive everything good from our Father in heaven

I am compelled to lean further into revelation, and to focus in on the Book of Revelation. The Word of God is so rich, and I want to see everything that Father wants me to see.

Revelation 1:1a NIV The revelation from Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show His servants what must soon take place…

When it says ‘God’ here, it is talking about the Father. Have a look at the following scripture:

James 1:17 NIV Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, Who does not change like shifting shadows.

Revelation itself – that is disclosure of spiritual truth to spiritual people – comes from Father, through Jesus Christ, by the Holy Spirit.

Revelation can’t be learnt or experienced or taught or discovered. In other words, it’s not from us, nor is it a result of what we do. It is of God and from God. Therefore, we cannot brag about it as if it’s something we did.

Father wants us to have revelation of spiritual truth, and He is willing to give it to those who are hungry to see as He wants us to see; to see from His perspective.

This is for the humble, not the proud. This is for the seeker, not the settler. This is for the people of God, not the people of the world.
