Good morning people who can stand righteous before the Father

1 John 2:1-2 NIV My dear children, I write this to you so that you will not sin. But if anybody does sin, we have an advocate with the Father—Jesus Christ, the Righteous One. He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world.

Jesus Christ is our advocate with the Father!

Let’s look at what this word means:

Advocate: ‘one who pleads another’s cause before a judge, counsel for defence, legal assistant – Christ in His exaltation at God’s right hand, pleading with God the Father for the pardon of our sins.’

WOW!

The truth is that Jesus Christ has paid the price for our sins so that we don’t need to pay the price ourselves.

Through repentance, we stand righteous with the Father because of what His Son has done for us!

May we all receive a greater revelation of this life-giving truth today.
