Good morning people who see God as awesome as He is

Recently God spoke this phrase to my heart: Change your perspective and keep on looking at the Light.

I want to have a look at this over the next few days. Let’s start with ‘change your perspective’.

Romans 8:5-6 (NIV) Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires. The mind governedby the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace.

We can’t control everything that happens to us, but we can control our thoughts about what has happened.

Sometimes we say, “If only my situation would change!”

God says, “If only your perspective would change!”

Let’s have a look at the word ‘perspective’. It means: ‘a particular attitude toward or way of regarding something; a point of view – a true understanding of the importance of something; a sense of proportion‘

I think the greatest change of perspective that is needed is for us to see God as great as He is. Our attitude regarding God needs to catch up with the reality of Who He is. We need a true understanding of the importance of God in our lives. I truly believe we need a shift in our sense of proportion of God…HE IS INFINITE IN EVERY WAY!!!
