Good morning highly favoured people of God,

Acts 21:8-9 Leaving the next day, we reached Caesarea and stayed at the house of Philip the evangelist, one of the Seven. He had four unmarried daughters who prophesied.

I just read this scripture and stopped and prayed for my two wonderful daughters. I started to pray that they would know God more on deepening levels and that they would give their whole lives for the purposes of God.

I believe that God has a plan and a purpose for every person.

I also believe that we as parents should speak destiny over our children, regardless of their age.

Parents, please listen to me.

It’s time to step up our prayers for our precious children, teenagers and young adults. It’s time to stand in the gap and protect them with our prayers. It’s time to fight on their behalf. It’s time to prophesy life, destiny and God’s best over them.

We must understand that the enemy is fighting to pull them away. They live in a time when the culture incessantly bombards them with lies and deception that is dressed in an appealing way. He undermines God at every opportunity. He “preaches” constantly a doctrine that is opposite to the truth. He wants them and he wants them to not know the boundless love of God.

BUT HE IS DEFEATED!!!!

So let’s do all we can to be the greatest contributing force in their lives. Let’s love them like The Father does. Let’s pray for them like Jesus and the Holy Spirit do. Let’s see our children stand upon our spiritual shoulders and go to greater levels than we have ever imagined!
