Good morning people who live with integrity

What would you say if I asked you what truth is?

I’ve always said the truth is what God says about something. I believe this is true, but I also believe truth is something more. I am prompted by this statement Jesus Himself made:

John 14:6 Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

Jesus spoke the truth but Jesus also declared He was the Truth. I believe we need to first and foremost know the Truth that is God Himself and we must also know the truth that the Truth has declared.

We must also be ones who accurately reflect the Truth of Who God is and the truth of what God has said. Our lives matter. Our lives are signposts intended to point others to the Truth and the truth.

I pray we all know the truth that the Truth has spoken and that our lives declare the Truth and the truth accurately.

How much time do you spend in God’s Word looking for the Truth and the truth?

Maybe it’s time to go deeper, to look more, to discover and enjoy the Truth who lovingly speaks the truth to us all.
