Good morning people who look forward to God’s provision

Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.

I want to share another example of how the creative power of anticipation (what you expect and confess) can change: a) your own behaviour, and b) the lives of those around you.

When your anticipation is one of future financial instability and uncertainty, your anxiety then causes you to withhold from others or be overly cautious in your giving.

God then cannot violate the Biblical principle, and His hands are tied from giving you that provision which He so desperately wants to and already had assigned for you.

Proverbs 11:24 One man gives freely, yet gains even more; another withholds unduly, but comes to poverty.

Your anticipation has borne fruit.

Your anticipation of financial uncertainty causes you to withhold from generosity which prevents God’s provision and results in the very poverty you anticipated.

But did it have to be that way? No! Did God plan it that way? No!

When your anticipation is one of God’s faithfulness and provision, you give generously and joyously into the lives of others. God then responds to that generosity with His continued abundance.

He has to! He is bound by His Word!

Proverbs 11:25 The generous soul shall be made fat, he that waters others, shall be also watered himself.

Proverbs 11:24 One that scatters (or gives freely) shall increase all the more.

Your anticipation has borne fruit.

Your anticipation of God’s provision, releases you to give generously which positions you biblically to receive God’s abundance.

Your anticipation has created your quality of life! The Bible calls it ‘FAITH’!!

Your anticipation created an environment that determined the result.
