Good morning people committed to God’s Ways

As we purpose to grow in Christ this year and live an impactful life, I believe we need to consider fasting as a regular part of our lives.

Luke 5:33-35 They said to Him, “John’s disciples often fast and pray, and so do the disciples of the Pharisees, but Yours go on eating and drinking.” Jesus answered, “Can you make the guest of the bridegroom fast while he is with them? But the time will come when the bridegroom will be taken from them; in those days they will fast.”

We live in those days and we should incorporate fasting as part of our lives.

Fasting is not a weird religious ritual but a powerful spiritual discipline in our lives
