Good morning people who are breath-taken by the wisdom of God in His creation.

Proverbs 3:19-20 MEV The Lord by wisdom has founded the earth; by understanding He has established the heavens; by His knowledge the depths are broken up, and the clouds drop down the dew.

God created the heavens and the earth by His wisdom, understanding and knowledge. In other words, there is nothing haphazard about creation!

Let’s not reduce the Word of God down to what we need to do. Today’s verses are simply pointing us into deeper truth of who our God is.

God had divine strategic wisdom when He founded the earth. I find it interesting that evolutionists point everything back to a big bang – a false belief that is absolutely ludicrous and takes much more “faith” to believe in than creation!

I think the following verse sums up God’s and my thoughts about this belief:

Psalms 14:1a MEV The fool has said in his heart, “There is no God.”

I love that God’s wisdom does not equate to man’s understanding. God does not have to reduce Himself down to our level of understanding in order to do what He wants to do. When God acts, we are amazed. When God creates, we are left astounded. This is the way it should be!

I love how these verses above talk about the depths and even the dew drops. Honestly, this is one of the things about God that I love the most. His attention to detail and His superabundance of variety in every way is awe-inspiring!

God never creates just enough or barely enough. Some of the wildlife programs have captured just a little of the limitless numbers of species and how they all fit into a much grander design than just their own small existence. This is our God!

And this same creative genius of wisdom, understanding and knowledge extends and even culminates in God’s creation of us, His most prized and precious possessions. We are God’s children! We are God’s handiwork! We are God’s master pieces who display His glory!

This is the beauty of God’s wisdom in His creation!
