Good morning people who are formed by the God who knew you first.

Jeremiah 1:4-5 NIV The word of the Lord came to me, saying, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”

Oh what a wonderful God we have!

The Lord said to Jeremiah – and I believe He wants to say this to you today – “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you.”

The word formed here means to mould into a form. The picture here is like a potter making something out of clay. This is what God has done with each and every one of us. There are no accidents in God’s created design!

The word knew here means to know; to ascertain by seeing.

Father, show us what You want us to see!

Here’s the clear message I see in this verse:

God saw us before He formed us.

In other words, God had a plan for us and our lives. He knew our days and our times. He knew our relationships and our connections. He knew what He wanted to accomplish in and through us.

And so He moulded us into a form that would accomplish what He saw!

Your starting point is created by divine design. Now this is good news!!!
