Good morning people who know God and pursue Him more

Hebrews 11:6 NIV And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.

It is awesome and it is foundational to believe in God. Wonderful!

But faith doesn’t stop at just believing in God.

Faith walks through this open door of revelation, and earnestly continues to seek to know Him more!

This pleases God! This delights God! This is what God is looking for in the Church today!

I am now 47 years old. I have had the privilege of knowing God my whole life. I deeply love Him, and I am honoured beyond words to have had Him modelled so well by many people.

But this depth of delight does not stop me chasing after Him! Not at all!

This depth of delight is the constant fuel to keep me pursuing Him, leaning into Him, and actively seeking after greater revelation of God Himself!

Even in the writing of this series on faith, I am deeply leaning into God and delighting in seeing Him in the wonderful scriptures that we are meditating on!!

Faith knows God, and faith desires to know Him more.
