Good morning people who follow the example of Jesus with His Father

I have often said that Jesus fulfilled His mission because He only did what He heard His Father tell Him to do. My focus has been on Jesus hearing His Father’s will.

But permit me to show you what the Bible actually says:

John 5:19-20 NIV Jesus gave them this answer: “Very truly I tell you, the Son can do nothing by Himself; He can do only what He SEES His Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does. For the Father loves the Son and SHOWS Him all He does. Yes, and He will SHOW Him even greater works than these, so that you will be amazed.

Jesus’ greatest empowerment did not come from just hearing His Father, but on SEEING what His Father was doing.

I truly believe, with all of my heart, that you and I are privileged and honoured to walk in the same.

May we all pray, “Father, open my eyes to SEE all that You are doing. May I walk with my spiritual eyes opened, and may I partner with all that You are doing. And may it all be for Your glory.”
