Good morning people who follow God’s lead

Matthew 4:18-19 As Jesus was walking beside the Sea of Galilee, He saw two brothers, Simon called Peter and his brother Andrew. They were casting a net into the lake, for they were fishermen. “Come, follow Me,” Jesus said, “and I will make you fishers of men.”

Jesus invitation is still the same to all of us today:

“Come, follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men.”

This is a bold statement about following Jesus, not just accepting Him.

Christianity is not meant to be a casual acquaintance with God and a get out of hell free ticket. Christianity is about following Jesus.

Following infers someone else is leading the way. You don’t follow from in front. You follow the one leading. Jesus is that One.
