Good morning people who do things God’s way

Matthew 6:9-13 (NKJV) In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.

When we pray, we need to ensure God is in His rightful place in our lives and in our thinking; He is above all, He is holy, righteous and true.

We also need to pray according to God’s will and purpose, not our own.

Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven…

God’s will is done perfectly in heaven. There is no debate, no committee meetings, no Q&A, no petitions…God declares something and it is done. This is God’s kingdom and God’s will.

Effective prayers are based on hearing God’s heart and will and praying according to it. God is bound to honour His Word
