Good morning people of great value
I’m drawn to the significance of our lives.
My life is not an accident or the result of some chance happening. And nor is yours. Our lives are significant.
Our significance starts with God and our significance started before we were born. We are the result of God’s intention and not just the human will of our parents. We were conceived in the mind of God before the womb of our mother.
Psalm 139:13-16 For You (God) created my inmost being; You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from You when I was made in the secret place. When I was woven together in the depths of the earth, Your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in Your book before one of them came to be.
God created us. God knit us together in our mother’s womb.
I love what David writes here in the Psalms. He says:
I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Your works are wonderful, I know that full well.
The phrase here fearfully and wonderfully made literally means distinguished, different. Our lives are unique; one of a kind. There is something in us and about us that no one else has. Our uniqueness is foundational to our significance.
And David finished this acknowledgment with the statement I know that full well.
Do you? Do you know that you are created uniquely by God? Do you know that your uniqueness is foundational to your significance? Do you know and accept fully that God did a great job, a perfect job, when He created you?
I pray you receive a fresh revelation today of God’s desire for you
