Good morning people who desire to think as Christ would

I am drawn to the thought of being spiritually minded. Let me try to articulate this thought that is going through my brain.

My focus has always been on making a choice to think godly when presented with an option. This is based in knowing God’s Word. In fact, I don’t believe we can be spiritually minded without being Word based.

I do not disagree with this thought but I wonder if there is a deeper level available?

I wonder if we can live in a state of perpetual spiritual mindedness? In other words not moments of decision but rather so filled with God’s Spirit and God’s Word, so intimate with Him that we continually have the mind of Christ.

Galatians 5:25 Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.

1 Corinthians 2:10b-12, 16b The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God. For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the man’s spirit within him? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God. We have not received the spirit of the world but the Spirit who is from God, that we may understand what God has freely given us…But we have the mind of Christ.

My prayer is God help me to be spiritually minded, not just in a moment of decision, but as a lifestyle. May we all think more like Christ does.
