Good morning people created in the image of God

Sometimes we think we don’t have any gifts. Have you ever felt that? It’s easy to look at others and think “If only I could preach, pray or prophesy like them!” If that’s how we think, we are viewing things incorrectly.

Today let’s remember that God is The Gift-giver.

Part of our problem is we compartmentalise gifts and place them in an order of importance. We too often look down on ourselves.

Did you know God gave you your talents and He knows exactly what He is doing? Did you know that your talents are a gift from God for someone else? That’s right; your gifts, your talents, your natural abilities are all given by God and are for serving and loving others. In doing so, we bring glory to God and that’s what it’s all about.
