Good morning people willing to step into the impossible

Our God is the God of the impossible! He alone does the miracle; not us. He alone is all powerful; not us.

Yet He wants us to step out in faith. It’s easy to step out once we have seen God move but true faith is stepping out before we see any evidence of change. Peter walked on water but he first had to step out of the boat while the storm was still raging all around (Matthew 14).

The priests approached the Jordan at flood time and it kept on flowing…until they took the first step.

Joshua 3:15-16 Now the Jordan is at flood stage all during harvest. Yet as soon as the priests who carried the ark reached the Jordan and their feet touched the water’s edge, the water from upstream stopped flowing. It piled up in a heap a great distance away…

“Oh Spirit of God speak to us all. Stir our faith Father to step into the impossible, to leap off into the unknown, to step out of the boat and to step into our Jordan.”

God will do His part; He is faithful. Maybe He is waiting for us to commit in faith before we see. After all, isn’t that what faith is all about?
