Good morning people with God’s power

Signs and wonders are not something we can make happen by our own strength; it is the power of God in us. Nor are signs and wonders to make us look good; it is to point people to God.

Mark 16:17 that we read yesterday said signs and wonders will follow those who believe. Are you a Believer? If you are, then I believe there are some signs and wonders waiting to be performed through you by the power of the Holy Spirit.

“But Steve”, you say, “I can’t do that. I can’t speak well and I’m weak and fearful.”

Great! It’s you that God wants to work through because then you and others will know it’s God and give Him alone the glory!

1 Corinthians 2:1-5 When I came to you, brothers, I did not come with eloquence or superior wisdom as I proclaimed to you the testimony about God. For I resolved to know nothing while I was with you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified. I came to you in weakness and fear, and with much trembling. My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit’s power, so that your faith might not rest on man’s wisdom, but on God’s power.

It’s not about you, it’s about God! So you’re not strong enough, God is! So you don’t know what to say, God does! God, God, God! That’s right, it’s all about God…and the cool thing is He LOVES to use people just like you and me!!!
