Good morning people who walk forward in the mercy and grace of our wonderful God.

Today is not the end of your story. Today is a new day, with new mercies and abundant grace available to you as you look to the Lord God Almighty.

Hebrews 4:14-16 NIV Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has ascended into heaven, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet he did not sin. Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.

Because of our Lord Jesus Christ, we can walk forward today in the fullness of who He is and all that He has done for us. There was nothing limited about the death, burial, resurrection and ascension of Jesus. Everything we need is found in Him and through Him, and it is available for you today.

Lamentations 3:22-23 NIV Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.

Our sin is not greater than God’s Son. It’s time to shift the focus from self to God. His completed work is infinitely more powerful than our worst moment. Praise God for the Lord’s great love, compassion, mercy and grace!

Some of you need to forgive yourself today. If the perfect holy God can forgive you and accept you, then it’s time for you to show some mercy and kindness to yourself. Jesus has already paid the price for your sins. Once confessed, you are forgiven and cleansed by the power of the name and the blood of our Lord Jesus Christ.

I declare that today is a new day, a new month and a new year – it’s time for a new start.
