#5695 – Simple & Young

Good morning people who do not exclude yourself from receiving and walking in the wisdom of God.

Proverbs 1:4 MEV To give subtlety to the simple, to the young man knowledge and discretion.

Wisdom, knowledge and understanding are not just for smart people and older people. This is a misconception that we need to get rid of today.

As it has often been said, “There is no junior Holy Spirit.”

It is important to note in the Bible that God in His infinite wisdom often used uneducated and young people to fulfil His plan and His purposes. We must never lose sight of this.

The essential thing is not how intelligent you are or how old you are, but rather, how much you walk with, listen to, submit to, and obey God. This is the game changer!

Acts 4:13 NIV When they saw the courage of Peter and John and realized that they were unschooled, ordinary men, they were astonished and they took note that these men had been with Jesus.

1 Timothy 4:12 NIV Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.

You age is not a barrier! Your thoughts about your age might be, but your age is not. Whether you are ‘too young’ or ‘too old’, it’s irrelevant to what God has declared over your life and what He has called you to be and to do!

Your education or lack thereof is not a barrier! In fact, sometimes being less educated is helpful to not over complicating things and talking yourself out of miracles due to too much logic, reason and “understanding”.

Don’t despise your present position and reality! You are a prime candidate for God to reveal the deep mysteries of His heart and mind to you. Walk humbly, saturate deeply, and listen continually, and you will hear from God.
