Good morning people who remain unshakeable in the hands of a loving God.

The devil wants to shake your confidence. He is a thief, and he comes to steal, kill and destroy. He is also an accuser of the sons and daughters of God, and his weapon of choice is often throwing condemnation and hoping it sticks.

But the devil is totally defeated by the unmatchable power of the resurrected Christ!

I declare: This is a year of the children of God reclaiming confidence through the finished work of Calvary!

According to Scripture, Calvary was the place where Jesus was crucified.

Luke 23:33 NKJV And when they had come to the place called Calvary, there they crucified Him, and the criminals, one on the right hand and the other on the left.

Calvary was more than a physical location. It was the place where the life and ministry of Jesus reached its conclusion, and it became the place of greatest devastation to the devil’s plans and schemes! Satan lost his power when Jesus lost His life!

And this finished work of Calvary became our starting place for living! Nothing is to be added, but rather, everything is to be entered into. Christ’s life for our life. Christ’s resurrection for our resurrection. Christ’s power for our power!

You are not a wimp and you are not weak. You are not defeated and you are not deflated. You are not inferior and you are not invisible. You most definitely are not the devil’s punching bag!

Today, by the power and authority of the Lord God Almighty, I declare that you are a deeply loved and highly favoured child of the Most High God! I declare that greater is the One living in you than the enemy living in the world! I declare that, when you submit to God and resist the devil, he must flee from you! I declare the enemy is no match for you child of God!

So again, I declare: This is a year of the children of God reclaiming confidence through the finished work of Calvary!
