Good morning people who commit to use your words for creative purposes this year.
We will not reclaim what God desires for us if we do not proclaim the realities of God.
Proverbs 18:21 NIV The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.
The fruit of our lives flows from the words of our mouth. This is biblical. It’s not mind over matter, and nor is it the power of positive thinking. Let’s not diminish the truth of God’s Word because of a distortion in the world. Let’s reclaim truth this year!
Do we speak about natural situations or proclaim in the realm of the Spirit more?
I feel a shift is coming to many of our lives through a greater partnership with truth this year.
As I say this, I sense the enemy would seize once again on disappointments from what we have not yet seen. For some, this goes deeper than what has not yet been seen, and it speaks into you having seen the opposite of what has been promised in God’s Word. I acknowledge the reality of your experience. God sees it and God cares.
So, what do we do with these contradictions and disappointments?
We take hold of God’s hand, we look into His face, and we commit again to continuing in faith as we choose to embrace God’s reality in our lives and proclaim it from our lips. This is what pleases God, and this is what terrifies the enemy. The devil is not upset by a positive outcome and answer to prayer as much as he is upset by our posture and pursuit of God and our commitment to faith in our waiting.
I declare: It’s a year of reclaiming through biblical proclaiming!
