Good morning people with a loving Father God
Romans 8:28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.
Are there areas of our lives where God is not in control? At times I believe we open ourselves up to outside attacks and we can also regain control of our lives rather than submit to Christ’s Lordship. Fear, worry and hurt can cause us to ‘take hold ourselves’ when we should ‘run into God’. But it doesn’t have to be this way.
In all things God works… God never sleeps. God is never too tired to be involved. God does not find anything in our lives too difficult or messy that He wants to distance Himself.
And not only does God work in all things, but He works ‘for the good of those who love Him’. Now this is amazing!
He really is for us and not against us. Those seasons of life that are so difficult, God wants to work for our good. In those seasons of pain and disappointment, God wants to work for our good. When it seems like all we are consumed by dark clouds, God wants to work for our good.
Do you believe this is God’s desire? Do you believe you are worthy? That’s an important question to ask. You see many of us don’t. Let’s look at that tomorrow. Today, let’s take a moment to thank God for committing to work in all things for our good.
