Good morning people whose lives set others up to enter their Promised Land.

Deuteronomy 10:11 NKJV Then the Lord said to me, ‘Arise, begin your journey before the people, that they may go in and possess the land which I swore to their fathers to give them.’”

Our life’s purpose is not just to look after ourselves and to get ourselves ahead.

From the very beginning, we were called to display the nature of God; on earth as it is in heaven. Being created in the image, the nature, and the likeness of God means we were created to reflect Him.

And He is love; He does everything for the good of people.

God instructed Moses to get up and to start on his journey. And God didn’t tell him to do it just in private and for himself. God told Moses to do it in front of the people and for the people.

Why?

So that the people of God could go in and possess the Promised Land that God swore to give them generationally!

Moses himself never entered into the Promised Land. This is a big thought here. And yet he still faithfully set the Israelites up to enter into their inheritance!

And this got me thinking about how we live and how we lead.

Are people set up to enter their Promised Land as a result of seeing how we live our lives?
