Good morning people who receive a greater revelation of your God.
Psalms 23:1 NIV The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.
As I read this slowly and listen in the Spirit, I hear this phrase:
The greater truth is not that the Lord is my shepherd, but that my shepherd is the Lord!
The word Lord comes from the Hebrew word that means self-existing and eternal. This is who our God is!
When our problems seem large and impossible to solve, may we remember and fix our eyes on the one who exists without any need of anything else. God is not dependent upon a single thing, for anything. Not for breathing. Not for moving. Not for functioning. Not for validation. Not for any thing. Nothing.
He has always been and He will always be. He is from everlasting to everlasting. There has never been and there will never be a time when He hasn’t fully and completely existed in perfection.
And He is our shepherd, He is our friend, and He is our sufficiency!
The Lord is our…
He is always present with us, and He is always working for us!
The Lord is always…
This makes me breathe deeply and with great contentment and security.
