Good morning people who follow Jesus

Matthew 3:16-17 As soon as Jesus was baptised, He went up out of the water. At that moment heaven was opened, and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and lighting on Him. And a voice from heaven said, “This is my Son, whom I love; with Him I am well pleased.”

Look at the progression here: Jesus was baptised in water (in obedience to the Father’s will), heaven opened (favour and blessing), the Holy Spirit came on Him (power and anointing) and the Father commended Him (affirmation and acceptance). Does this all sound amazing to you? It does to me and the good news is it is all available to all of us! That’s right; it’s available to you today!

I encourage you to follow through with God’s prescribed relational journey and be amazed at what He will do. The journey is accepting Christ, being baptised in water and the Holy Spirit and giving our lives to doing the will of the Father. The result; affirmation and acceptance from heaven!
