Good morning people who choose to look continually at the goodness of God.
As I entered this year, I told the Lord that I wanted to shift from having a half empty mentality to having a half full mentality. My focus was on being more positive and less pessimistic.
I thought this was a great shift until the Lord instantly said, “Have a full cup mentality.”
Our starting position as followers of Christ is ‘more than enough’. This is a truth and a paradigm shift that many of us are invited by God to go deeper in in the second half of 2022.
I encourage you to meditate today on these living truths that apply to every submitted believer in Jesus.
Psalms 23:5-6 NIV You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
2 Peter 1:3-4 NIV His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly life through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness. Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature, having escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.
Ephesians 1:3 NIV Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ.
Are you living with a full cup mentality?
