Good morning people who acknowledge the truth of Jesus Christ.

Colossians 2:4 NIV I tell you this so that no one may deceive you by fine-sounding arguments.

Another fine-sounding argument that is commonly pushed these days is this lie: all religions lead to the same God.

No they don’t. One person leads to life, and all other religions lead to death.

The deception creeps into many people’s lives in this issue because of their desire to be inclusive and to not come across the wrong way. I picture some “believers” who are enslaved to fear when it comes to testifying about the Lord Jesus Christ. I too have been there at times (that may surprise you, but we need to be honest on this journey).

I truly believe that we need the wisdom of God on how to best speak about Jesus in each and every conversation where this is God’s intention. Sensitivity to the Holy Spirit is not the same as being gripped by fear.

I know that God knows best what should be said and what shouldn’t be said, what should be emphasised and what shouldn’t be emphasised. And God knows this because He intricately knows the very core of every person who we are speaking to about Jesus.

So, it is time to not be bound by some formulated script, but rather be led by the Spirit of God who loves to testify about Jesus and point people to the Father.

Jesus Christ is the only way to the Father – of this truth I am convinced.
