Good morning people who continually keep in step with the Holy Spirit.

If we are not intentionally walking in the Spirit, we will unintentionally give into the flesh.

Oh, I feel a word of freedom coming to many today!

We must not get the order of God around the wrong way; we must not allow God’s order to become disorder.

Too many are trying desperately to not give into the flesh. This is with the best of motivations, and I too have been there many times.

What accompanies this desire and pursuit is a subtle but very real thought. It is this: If I can not give into the flesh, then I can walk in the Spirit.

The order is wrong!

Look at the biblical order that leads to freedom:

Galatians 5:16 NIV So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.

Here’s how The Passion Translation puts it:

Galatians 5:16 TPT Let me emphasize this: As you yield to the dynamic life and power of the Holy Spirit, you will abandon the cravings of your self-life.

Order matters! And the right order is God first – this is where the life and power is found!
