Good morning people who are in love with the God of peace

Galatians 5:22-23 NIV But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.

The presence or absence of peace is directly connected to the focus of our thoughts.

Too often we buy into the lie that says we are powerless in the area of our mind. We often live with an absence of peace, and all because circumstances are not perfect. I have far too often lived there.

But I am discovering more and more that peace is found in the Person of Jesus and in the Person of the Holy Spirit.

I am discovering that He never changes. Circumstances do, but God doesn’t. And He is with me, for me and in me!

So, I must lift up my eyes, my focus, my attention, and oftentimes, my conversation.

It’s not about denying my reality – it’s about acknowledging my God.

Isaiah 26:3 NKJV You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You.

Do you trust in God’s sovereignty and goodness?

If so, keep your eyes on Him – that’s where true peace is found.
