Good morning people who are like Jesus in this world

John 1:14 NIV The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.

The Word is Jesus, and He came to earth and became flesh. The Son of God became flesh!

This is the same Greek word sarx that we use to describe “our sinful nature” that we believe is constantly at war with the Spirit of God. This is simply wrong believing!!

When God created mankind in His image and likeness, He created them with His nature and DNA. And although we were created as spiritual beings, we were clothed in flesh; a physical body with natural appetites and desires. This is how God made us!

When Adam & Eve were tempted by what they saw was good, this was in their flesh. There was nothing wrong with this!

The sin came not because they had flesh (God made it!), but rather, their sin (and every sin by every person since) came when they made a decision according to a desire of the flesh that was contrary to what God had said. Oh please think about this and let it start to sink in deeply.

Your flesh is not an enemy to be feared! It is what you were created with!
