Good morning people who deeply honour the sacrifice of Jesus Christ

What was Jesus doing the day before He died the cruelest of deaths as an innocent man?

He was celebrating the Passover with His closest friends. He was teaching them and encouraging them. He was serving them and washing their feet.

He was also wrestling multiple times in prayer and anguish of soul as He considered what was about to happen. Jesus felt the full weight of the climax of His life and mission on earth.

Yet He loved deeply, before it, during it, and after it.

Even in the darkest of days, Jesus still honoured His Father and loved those entrusted to Him. He was also loving the entire world, including you and me.

Today should be a day of deep gratitude to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Let’s not just think it, let’s express it now. Lift up your voice and give thanks.
