#4571 – Supporting Others

Good morning people who intentionally help those who are weak and weary

Exodus 17:11-12 NIV As long as Moses held up his hands, the Israelites were winning, but whenever he lowered his hands, the Amalekites were winning. When Moses’ hands grew tired, they took a stone and put it under him and he sat on it. Aaron and Hur held his hands up—one on one side, one on the other—so that his hands remained steady till sunset.

I feel the Lord asking us today, “Whose hands will you hold up this year?”

We all need strength and encouragement at times in our lives. If this is where you are at, I pray that the Lord will provide people to walk with you, and I pray that you find strength as you lean into God.

We all also are called to strengthen and encourage others. I am passionate about this, and I believe with all of my heart, that there are people that God has assigned you to be a support to them.

We don’t need to have all the right words. We just need to be present and we need to love deeply. From this place, I know that the Holy Spirit will give us the words to say when they are needed.
