Good morning people who do not water down the life and ministry of Jesus

Mark 6:12-13 NIV They went out and preached that people should repent. They drove out many demons and anointed many sick people with oil and healed them.

We need a return to preaching repentance from sin, a return to deliverance from the demonic, and a return to signs, wonders and miracles.

Repentance is not a bad thing; it’s a very good thing. Every person needs to repent to step into relationship with God, receive eternal life and enter into freedom. Repentance is much more than a prayer. It is a change of thinking that results in a change of behaviour. It is about transformation, not modification.

Deliverance was a regular part of Jesus’ ministry. We don’t talk about it much now because it is not seeker sensitive and it makes people feel uncomfortable. However, the absence of it also keeps many people locked up in spiritual chains. We must member that we fight principalities and powers; they need to be evicted, not ignored.

Healing was also common to the ministry of Jesus. He came to bring heaven to earth; permitting what is permitted, and forbidding what is forbidden. There are many thoughts about healing, but here is the clearest truth I can see: There is no sickness in heaven, therefore, we don’t have to accept it here on earth. I know we have many stories of not seeing healing (myself included), but let’s keep on pressing in for healing by faith in our good God.

We need a return to a truly supernatural God.
