Good morning people who take control over what you are feeding on

Too many times we bemoan the circumstances of our life, but seldom do we honestly and prayerfully consider the choices that we are making.

I know that sometimes bad things happen to us beyond our control. I know that people can take advantage of us and that there are times when there is nothing that we can do about it. My heart goes out to you if this is the position that you are in. I pray Father brings His intervention, healing and peace.

For the rest of this BIY, I am talking about something different. Please read on and allow the Holy Spirit to speak clearly.

Your feelings will follow what you are filling yourself with and what you are feeding yourself on.

If you don’t like your substance, change your source.

If you don’t like what’s on your TV screen, change the channel.

If the news and social media is dragging you down, do something about it; turn it off!
