Good morning people with a good God

David knew that seeing God’s goodness in the land of the living might take some time. He committed to wait for God’s timing.

Psalm 27:14 Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.

Psalm 40:1-3 I waited patiently for the Lord; He turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire; He set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand. He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see and fear and put their trust in the Lord.

I want to remind us of God’s promise today.

Psalm 27:13 I am still confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.

Anchor yourself to this promise of God. Align yourself with God’s Word. Listen to the direction and correction of the Holy Spirit and you will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.
