Good morning people who live a life that shines like a light

Recently, the Holy Spirit whispered the following question to me:

What is God saying to the Church about the world?

It’s easy for the Church to point the finger at the world and to talk about the evil that pervades. But this is not what the Bible tells us to do.

It’s time for the Church to pray for the world.

God does things on the earth and in people’s lives when Believers pray. The terrorist Saul encountered Jesus on the road to Damascus and was forever changed after Stephen prayed for him while he was being stoned to death! Prayer changes things!

I don’t believe that we are called to criticise, judge or complain about what is happening in the world. In fact, I don’t think we should even be talking about the problems if we aren’t praying for the people. Prayer is what we are told to do!

How much do you pray for the people who do evil things?

Do you negatively talk about things in the world that you are not praying about?

It’s time for the Church to pray for the world.
