#4425 – Prophetic Scripture

Good morning people who choose to think about good things from God

All of Scripture is God-breathed, and therefore, it is prophetic. Today, I am stirred by two verses that are a word for us all in this season of what’s happening in the world. Please read it and let’s lean in to see what Father wants to show us.

Philippians 4:8-9 NIV “Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you.”

There is a connection between these two verses, and it starts with thinking godly. The enemy is sabotaging many Believers in the place of their thinking. Many are giving their time and attention to things that are not found in these scriptures.

Just meditate on this list today of what Paul told us to intentionally and actively give our mental attention to: Things that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely and admirable. Then he amplifies and expands by saying “if anything is excellent or praiseworthy – think about such things.”

Is what you are giving your time, attention, thoughts, conversations and pursuit to found on this list?

If not, stop thinking about it.
