Good morning people whose lives positively affect others around you

Luke 5:5-6 NIV Simon answered, “Master, we’ve worked hard all night and haven’t caught anything. But because you say so, I will let down the nets.” When they had done so, they caught such a large number of fish that their nets began to break.

Simon responded in humble obedience to the word of a non-fisherman. Therefore, we understand the miracle of Jesus affecting Simon that day.

But what caught my attention was the shift from Simon saying, “I will let down the nets,” to, “They caught a large number of fish.”

Others joined Simon in his obedient response of humility to God, and as a result, they all reaped a harvest!

Never underestimate the power of your life to positively influence those around you. Your act of obedience can not only shift things in your life, but in the life of others.
