Good morning people who live saturated in God and in His Word

2 Timothy 1:6 NIV For this reason I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of my hands.

1 Corinthians 14:1 NIV Follow the way of love and eagerly desire gifts of the Spirit, especially prophecy.

God’s gifts are an overflow of Him; of Who He is.

Therefore – and this is very important – the gifts of God must never be separated from the God of gifts. The moment they become separate (even subconsciously), it becomes about us, not God.

Our lives must never be in violation to the God from Whom all spiritual gifts flow.

The greatest way to grow in the gift expression God has given us is to saturate ourselves in God Himself. This is primarily done through His Word and prayer. This is not “old fashioned” or cliche – it is God’s design which has never changed.
