Good morning people who are getting to know God better
Romans 5:20-21 NIV The law was added so that the trespass might increase. But where sin increased, grace increased all the more, so that, just as sin reigned in death, so also grace might reign through righteousness to bring eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
I want to declare to you today that God’s grace is greater than your sin. You might have heard this before but for many of us we need to continually be reminded of this life-changing truth.
The enemy comes to bring condemnation; this is what he does. He loves to remind us of what we have done. He accuses us of past sins and puts seeds of doubt into our minds about the future. He loves to cripple God’s people by pointing the finger of shame and guilt…
…BUT JESUS CHRIST HAS SET US FREE!!!! What God has done is far greater than what we have done! God’s grace is greater than our sin! PRAISE GOD!!!
Many of us have been told this, but for many, the truth has not dropped into our hearts. We need fresh revelation of this TODAY.
I just looked at the word grace used here and I’ve got to share it with you – it’s so good. Grace means the divine influence upon the heart, and its reflection in the life; including gratitude. How awesome is that! God’s grace is a divine influence on our hearts; it goes beyond knowledge, it’s a heart thing. The result of grace is reflected in our lives and it includes gratitude. Wow!!! God’s Word is so rich!
Have you experienced grace? Are you thankful for it? I encourage you to pass God’s grace on today; you just might change a life!
