Good morning those who desire revelation
Luke 24:9-11,19b 21a When they came back from the tomb, they told all these things to the Eleven and to all the others. It was Mary Magdalene, Joanna, Mary the mother of James, and the others with them who told this to the apostles. But they did not believe the women, because their words seemed to them like nonsense…Jesus was a prophet powerful in word and deed before God and all the people…but we had hoped that He was the One who was going to redeem Israel.
Luke 24:45 Then He opened their minds so they could understand the Scriptures.
The disciples heard Jesus Himself tell them what would happen to Him. The women who the angels appeared to at the tomb told them it had happened, they had walked with Jesus for years YET they still did not believe.
Regardless of the length of your spiritual journey or the depth of your knowledge, revelation is needed in order to receive the truth. I believe this must become a focus of our prayers: “Father, please reveal the truth to my heart, open my eyes to see as you see.”
