#4249 – Deep Love

Good morning people loved by Almighty God

It’s easy to love someone who is really nice to you. It’s more difficult to love someone who is not very pleasant. It is nigh on impossible to love someone who hates you…but that’s exactly what God did for us; for all of humanity.

Romans 5:5-8 NIV And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out His love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom He has given us. You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous man, though for a good man someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

This passage says that God died for us at just the right time; when we were powerless. What does this mean? I wonder if it is talking about us being powerless to pay for our own sins; to be made right with God by our own efforts. You see, our best efforts don’t get past first base; they are completely useless. That’s why we needed God to come and redeem us; to set us free.

And He did…at just the right time.

God’s love is no ordinary love. God’s love goes beyond what is humanly possible. God died for us while we were still sinners. That’s incredible.

Who wouldn’t want to receive such a pure love?

The reality is some people don’t understand that God is love. Love is not something God has to try and manufacture or feel; He is love.

I pray that God Almighty reveals His love to your heart right now. Go on, ask Him to reveal Himself. I know He will. God bless you heaps.
