#4188 – Prophetic Lives

Good morning incredible people of God

Today I have a simple challenging thought for all of us:

“Do our lives fulfil what has been spoken prophetically in God’s Word?”

Matthew 4:12-14 When Jesus heard that John had been put in prison, He returned to Galilee. Leaving Nazareth, He went and lived in Capernaum, which was by the lake in the area of Zebulum and Naphtali – to fulfill what was said through the prophet Isaiah.

The prophetic is ‘making known the mind, will and intention of God’. The Bible is a prophetic Book; a Book full of God’s intention for mankind.

Jesus’ life fulfilled what was spoken prophetically by the prophet Isaiah as recorded in the Holy Scriptures.

The Bible gives very clear prophetic instruction of what a Christ-follower should look like. Do our lives fulfil what has been spoken prophetically?

It’s a great question to ask and a great question to reflect on and pray into.
