Who is Jesus?

What is God like?

These two questions are inseparable.

Knowing who Jesus is reveals what the Father is like. This was Jesus’ greatest priority.

These two questions are so important.

In fact, they are infinitely more important than many of the situational and circumstantial questions I often ask.

You see, our greatest need is to know God better.

Our greatest need is not to get an answer to “that question” or even to see a breakthrough in “that area”.

Important as these may be to us, knowing God better is our greatest need.

The reason for this is because knowing God better is the greatest fuel to loving God more, and this is the greatest commandment according to Jesus (Matthew 22:36-38).
