Good morning people who have a heart posture of listening and being ready

Genesis 22:1 NIV Some time later God tested Abraham. He said to him, “Abraham!” “Here I am,” he replied.

‘Holding nothing back’ has a posture of “Whatever you want God” – a posture of “YES LORD” even before you hear the instruction of God.

When God called Abraham’s name, Abraham answered “Here I am”.

This answer was not “Here I am – you found me” as if God didn’t know where Abraham was.

Rather, this response by Abraham was “I am here God, ready to listen and say YES”.

This was a heart posture that was based in love for God and trust in His goodness.
