Good morning people who rely upon God for the order of your steps

Proverbs 3:6 NKJV In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.

Psalms 37:23 NKJV The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD, And He delights in his way.

Some people have trivialised the leading of the Holy Spirit. Some have made the wrong statement, “God is not interested in this” when talking about ‘something unimportant’.

Yet I have discovered that if it involves me, God is interested, not because of the thing, but because of me. God likes me and I belong to Him!

And so I believe God wants to direct our paths. He wants to be lamp to my feet and a light to my path through His Word (Psalm 119:105).

But according to our scripture above, I believe He also wants to order my steps.

We accept that God wants to direct our paths, that is, tell us what to do, but do we accept that He also wants to tell us the order of when to do what He has authored?

In a world of endless ‘to do lists’, God not only wants to instruct us in what to do, but He also wants to instruct us in when to do what He has told us to do.
