Good morning people who have the right theology about challenges

The start of this devotion doesn’t sound too encouraging and faith-filled, does it!

But I need to empower us all today with the truth.

Father recently said to me, “One of the great challenges of life is not that there is difficulty, but it is a belief that life should be easy.”

Jesus said:

John 16:33 NIV I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.

Jesus also said:

Matthew 5:10 NIV Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

You can have faith and difficulty at the same time.

Faith is not to remove all difficulty, but to journey through it in a God-honouring way.

This is a testimony worth having.
