Good morning people who talk to the One Who knows everything

Matthew 6:8 NIV Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask Him.

Father’s primary purpose for prayer is not to hear us speak.

Father’s primary purpose for prayer is not to discover what’s on our heart.

Father’s primary purpose for prayer is to spend time with His children.

When praying, we need to remember that we are talking to our Omniscient Father.

Omniscient means: ‘knowing everything’, and this is definitely true about our Father; He knows everything.

The purpose of us asking our Omniscient Father for what He already knows and has promised, is for us to posture ourselves continually and humbly, as totally dependent, upon Him.

When we pray, let’s remember Who we are talking to.
