Good morning people who glorify God with those who are struggling

Psalm 34:2-3 NIV I will glory in the Lord; let the afflicted hear and rejoice. Glorify the Lord with me; let us exalt His name together.

A shift in the lives of those who are struggling can come when they hear us glorifying God.

But then I see another step in the following verse.

David moves from the afflicted hearing him glorify God, to encouraging them to glorify God with him.

I think this is powerful!

Sometimes we need to encourage those who feel like they are in a pit by our glorifying of God, and then take it the next step by wisely and lovingly drawing them into praising God with us.

May we follow the way of love, and together with our friends, walk towards God in praise and gratitude for Who He is.

May we be the initiator of this, and may we reflect Father well as we do.
